Meet Our Team
Dr. Robert See has more than 45 years’ experience as a Curtain Wall designer. He has worked on projects in France, London, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Bahrain, India, Doha and China. At Pintar Jaya, he provides expert façade engineering advice on design, repair and maintenance of external building envelopes and has extensive knowledge of local and regional regulations and codes of practice. In addition to management activites, he oversees many key projects and provides quality review and value engineering on others. Dr. See is personally involved in all aspects of design, liaison review of shop drawing, supervision & ensuring compliance to the implementation of projects. He specializes in all matters of curtain wall and façade, including resolving interfacing details, ensuring compliance to design intent, assisting revising & implementing design solution together with inspection and auditing of curtain wall and glass factories. More importantly, Dr. See is able to anticipate problems and propose solution in order to avoid problems in the future.
Onny is a qualified engineer practicing in the field of building façade and a graduate member of MIEM. He has experiences in the design and engineering of various façade systems; from glass structure, aluminium curtainwall, concrete precast, stone cladding and steel structure. He is also familiar with various façade matenals. Additionally, he is experienced in structural analysis and integrity assessment of building façade system.
Jacky works with Lucksoon Metalworks Sdn Bhd before joining this company as our Senior Façade Designer. His experience includes the prestigious Trader Hotel at Jalan Kia Peng, 4G1 and 3G2 at Putrajaya, Refurbishment of Park Royal Hotel in KL, Seravista in KL and many more. His works include getting clients’ details to function for strength, weatherability, ease of manufacture and speed of erection.
Lim has joined this company as our Facade Designer. Prior to this, he worked with Lucksoon Metalworks San. Bhd. His experience includes Capital Square, Binjai Condominium, Menara TSH at Jalan Semantan, Bukit Pantai condominium. His experience in detailing and delivering complex façade constructions defined his career as an in-house façade specialist.
Rommel has nearly 18 years of experience in façade designs and field site inspections. He is able to take an initial architectural drawing and prepares concept from preliminary façade designs up to final façade systems details. He reviews the project package, its buildability and installation. He also conducts site inspections with relative to site technical issues and gives clear solutions to resolved the issues so that to keep the works continuously on site.
YK has more than 35 years of experience in the aluminium industry. His last position as General Manager-Sales & Projects, in Fujisash (M) Sdn Bhd. He has extensive experience in aluminium extrusion design, fabrication and installation. Projects completed include Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore and East & West Malaysia.
